Banner wins $164,000 judgement against Young Money Records.

We last heard from David Banner when he was getting arrested for throwing cash at a club bouncer in DC. This time, he has made the news for slightly more auspicious reasons.

According to TMZ, Banner has won a judgement against Lil Wayne's Young Money records worth $164,000. Banner claims that he was never paid for three songs he produced, including Tha Carter III's "La La" and We are Young Money's "Streets is Watchin." Young Money never responded to the lawsuit, leaving the judge no choice but to award Banner the default of $164,303.19.

Banner's upcoming album The God Box is currently slated for an October 14th release and is available for pre-order on iTunes.
