Ab-Soul stopped by Shade 45 last night to make an appearance on Statik Selektah's Showoff Radio. While the spot itself featured the usual topics of conversation (These Days..., TDE, etc.), the two caught fans off guard when they debuted an unreleased track dedicated to incarcerated Diplomats emcee Max B. The track, titled "To The Max," is unfortunately only available in radio rip format for the time being albeit in much higher quality than usual.

Max B was sentenced to 75 years in prison for murder conspiracy and robbery charges. He continues to seek higher appeal, although odds seem unlikely.

Music starts at 1:35.

Quotable Lyrics:

I owe none to no one
Except those who told me I was the one
But, low-key, I wasn't; that's what I was becoming
Now I'm buzzin' and everybody my cousin
That's phoney; ya'll don't know me
Where was ya'll when I was lonely?
