Today marks the release of a compilation mixtape called ChiLanta that counts Skippa Da Flippa as a host and contains music from the two cities' finest hip-hop artists. On "Trenchez," Skip teams up with Migos for a plink-plonking banger.
DJ Bandz, DJ Victoriouz and DJ Lil Keem all contributed to the new tape, but it's unclear who produced "Trenchez" as of yet. Skippa, one of many rising stars in Atlanta shows up strong alongside Quavo, Takeoff and Offset, again making the case for their city's dominance. As Migos have recently had some squabbles with Chicago artists, their inclusion on this tape is a little surprising, but when the result's as good as "Trenchez," we're not complaining.
