Maxo Kream shares the video to "1998," featuring Joey Bada$$.

It's been over a year since Maxo Kream's last project, though the quality of that tape has not been forgotten, especially with the new release of the video to the MAXO 187 standout "1998," featuring Joey Bada$$. Staying true to the title, the new visual looks as though it could've been made in '98, as evidenced by Maxo's dope FUBU getup.

"Starchy jeans and Screw tapes, that was back in '98," raps Maxo. When the lyrics meet the nostalgic video, '98 looks like a damn good era. Joey comes in at the 2:00 mark and drops off some New York flavor to contrast with the Houston motifs that Maxo had been dropping off. The Pro Era leader loosens his flow a bit to ease into the stripped-down club production.
