Lil Mama got herself a viral hit with last summer's "Sausage," thanks in large part to the video. After dropping a video to her remix of a classic Biggie track last month, the Brooklyn rapper is back today with a remix of Rihanna and Drake's "Work," which currently sits atop the Hot 100. And, of course, she's got a video to boot. The release strategy is clearly working.
Her remix technically only lasts a minute, and Lil Mama definitely does her thing, with a tough extended verse and some sexy vocals to finish up. To top it off, the video consists of a highly engrossing synchronized twerk routine in an intimate basement setting. The original record plays out for about a minute after Lil Mama stops singing, but you might at well keep watching to get optimum focus on the dancers.
