Raekwon may look like the Pillsbury Doughboy but goddamn the dude can spit. The Chef took to the stage yesterday along with his compadre Ghostface Killah at sunny Coachella yesterday to perform the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx. The album dropped twenty years ago and this performance reminds us what made it such at timeless classic. Raekwon clearly has not lost his touch, which bodes well for his upcoming album F.I.L.A., set to drop April 28th.
Raekwon and Ghostace recently launched a crowdfunding campaign to help fund "The Purple Tape Files," their documentary chronicling the making of Only Built 4 Cuban Linx. The campaign's rewards section is pretty enticing; for a paltry $200 Raekwon will review your mixtape, and for $4,000 you can spend a whole day hanging with The Chef himself.
