50 Cent & Eminem

The juggernauts of this rap shit, like it or not.

Eminem and 50 Cent may have seemed like an unlikely duo on paper, but in reality, they're kindred spirits in many ways; for a closer examination on their musical chemistry, be sure to check out this link right here. Suffice it to say, the legacy runs deep. From "Patiently Waiting" to "Don't Push Me," "Love Me," to "We All Die One Day," Em and 50 have had each other's backs for well over a decade. While their output has slowed in recent years, an increased output of Instagram camaraderie has fans curious to say the least.

50 took to Instagram to throw up yet another homage to his favorite white boy. "Whats the big deal," he writes, alongside a throwback picture of the pair cleaning up at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. "We been winning a long Time now." Those who remember the Get Rich Or Die Tryin era know how big an impact 50 Cent made, and in many ways, it was all thanks to Eminem. It's no wonder the pair have remained closer than most rappers; in fact, few artists seem to boast such a genuine and long-lasting friendship.

And who knows. Maybe this increased activity points to a reunion of sorts. We did, after all, recently spot Eminem in the studio with Dr. Dre. Unlikely, to be sure, but a worthwhile dream nevertheless. Do ya'll remember when Em and 50 were sitting comfortably at the top of the rap game?
