New Orleans native Pell made his way to New York recently, and while he was there he stopped by to participate in our On The Come Up video series. He's an appropriate subject for the series, with two projects to his name, an EP and a mixtape Floating While Dreaming. Since the mixtape dropped in May 2014, Pell has been pretty low-key, although he has been busy touring.
