Former New York Giants TE Arrested With 25 Pounds Of Weed

Former Giants tight end arrested in PA.

Former New York Giants tight end Adrien Robinson was reportedly busted by cops while in possession of 25 pounds of weed.

According to TMZ, police officers pulled over Robinson's 2016 Chevy Impala at around 10:30 PM in Union County, Pennsylvania, and reported that he was acting suspicious. Upon searching the car they discovered 25 pounds of weed.

Robinson, 28, was subsequently arrested and taken to Union County Prison, where he was charged with felony possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia, which is a misdemeanor.

TMZ reports he posted bail a few hours after being arrested and his due back in court on August 8th.

The Giants selected Robinson in the 4th round of the 2012 NFL Draft, but he was waived by the team in 2015.
