Bobby Valentino started his week off on the wrong foot and he's looking to clear his name.
The R&B singer was caught on video allegedly running out on a transgender escort with paying her, but now he's saying that he's the target of an extortion plot, as per a report from TMZ. Bobby V's reps told the media outlet that "Misrepresentation and deception were maliciously used to target Valentino; during the encounter, Valentino was victimized and threatened by acts of extortion which continued after his departure was captured on video."
According to the report, the singer's team have reported the details of the extortion to the authorities. Only time will tell who's really being on the up-and-up with their statements.
