The rich could be getting richer.

Rapper and Cash Money Records CEO Birdman has put his luxurious Miami mansion on the market.

According to The Real Deal, Stunna is selling the Palm Island real estate for $20 million. He bought the property from former Rockstar Energy CEO Russell Weiner for $14.5 million in 2012. The home has also been owned by producer Scott Storch.

Birdman has also spent a few million in renovations, which is why the asking price is high for this Floridian jewel. The 20,000 square-foot, seven bedroom, 12 bathroom monstrosity also has elevators, a 100-foot waterfront, movie theaters, basketball courts and many other perks. News of the listing comes as the mogul continues to fight a $51 million lawsuit with Lil Wayne over his album Tha Carter 5.

Birdman is worth an estimated net worth of $110 million.
