The 2017 Rolling Loud festival lives on.

Hip-Hop fans can rest easy knowing that the 2017 Rolling Loud Festival will officially proceed as planned. Things looked grim for a minute, but the organizers took to Twitter this morning to announce the tidings with a Johnny Drama-esque "VICTORY!" The announcement is a major W for hip-hop fans in general, and the absolutely stacked lineup promises that May 5th-7th will be a memorable weekend.

XXL reports that the vote to preserve the festival was a unanimous 9-0. Co-Founder Tariq Cherif is quick to spread the love, stating "“Today was a great day for hip-hop and for the culture. Rolling Loud Festival is proceeding as planned at Bayfront Park in Miami, FL on May 5-7. I’d like to thank the City of Miami, Bayfront Park Management Trust, our team, our lawyers, the artists, managers, booking agents, and most of all, the fans!"
