Though most of Nicki Minaj's time in NYC, as part of New York Fashion Week, will likely be spent doing magazine shoots and schmoozing with top designers, the occasion also gives her the chance to link up with her fellow stars and talk potential collaborations. It appears she did just that at tonight's Alexander Wang show, as she posted a picture alongside The Weeknd, hot off his #1 album Beauty Behind the Madness, and wrote, "Stay tuned," hinting at a future collaboration with Abel.
Though Nicki and The Weeknd often travel in the same circles, they've surprisingly never collaborated. There's no word on if they've already got something in the works or if they've just made plans tonight. Regardless, with both artists at the top of their games, it's the perfect time for them to give hip-hop, R&B, and pop fans something they can all appreciate.
