An artist is suing The Game for allegedly stealing the "Ryda" single artwork from his Instagram.

The Game's already in quite a bit of legal trouble, as he's currently being sued $10 million for an alleged sexual assault and facing up to three years in jail for punching an off-duty cop, and now he may have to cough up even more money. According to TMZ, rapper/designer named Ariza Obey is claiming that Game stole the artwork for the Dej Loaf-assisted single "Ryda" from his Instagram account.

The single, released in April, came accompanied by artwork that shows a topless man and woman (neither of them being the artists featured on the track) embracing and wearing masks, which identical to a photo that appeared on Obey's IG account in January. His case claims that Game had access to the photo because "Love & Hip Hop" star Masika Kalysha reposted it. She's friends with Ray J, who shares a manager with Game, and somehow that strengthens Obey's case?

We'll let you know how this one plays out.
