Lil Tjay returns with his "State of Emergency" EP that includes features from Pop Smoke, Fivio Foreign, Jay Critch, and more.

It's been quite the last few days for Lil Tjay. The rapper has been a relatively quiet figure in the hip hop scene but within the last week, he's found his name in headlines after rumors about his personal relationships began to run rampant. After addressing the gossip on social media, he declared himself the king of New York, and to prove he deserves his place in the game, Tjay shared his latest project, State of Emergency.

"LOTTA SH*T GOING ON RN .. AND IM JUST TRYNNA BE THE HELPING HAND TO MY CITY," Lil Tjay wrote in the caption to a post on Instagram. "EVERY BODY NOT GON GET THIS BUT I KNOW WHAT THE STREETS NEED AND IMA FLOOD THEM ‼️" State of Emergency features a host of Tjay's fellow rappers including Fivio Foreign, Sleepy Hollow, Sheff G, Jay Critch, J.
