Ariana Grande was recently sued by a photographer, according to reports by TMZ. The latter occurred after the "thank u, next" singer posted a few shots of herself via her social media accounts, photos which were taken by a photographer named Robert Barbera. The picture-taker claims Grande snatched the photos from under him, without consulting or handing any monies. While he is certain the photo sprouted a considerable amount of coins, and so considering Ariana Grande's 154 million followers along with 3 million likes the shot garnered, Barbera now wants his piece of the pie.

The photog is requesting a portion of Grande's profits from the photos he took or $25K per photo, further claiming whichever amount is heftier. Both the request and lawsuit seem timely as Ariana Grande brought forth an array of stringent rules for photographers to follow during her Sweetener Tour. As such, we are certain to acquire further information on the matter in due time.

The recent news surrounding Ariana Grande include the recent announcement of the singer becoming the new face of Givenchy and making her debut on reality-television with a cameo on Keeping Up With The Kardashians while filming the "thank u, next" music video.
