Fans didn't miss their chance to get some jokes off.

Last night, the Houston Rockets lost to the Golden State Warriors 115-109 in Game 2 of their second-round matchup. The Rockets will be headed back to Houston down 2-0 in the series and they will also have to deal with an injury to their best player, James Harden. Harden was whacked in the face by Draymond Green last night and ended up falling to the court in pain. Harden suffered bleeding from both of his eyes and a laceration on his left eyelid. After the game, Harden described his injury and how he was feeling.

"It's pretty blurry right now," Harden said according to ESPN. "Hopefully it gets better day by day."

While Harden's injury was scary and potentially serious, fans on Twitter took the opportunity to get some jokes off. Harden's eyes were bloodshot after the incident which made it appear as though he had either been crying or smoked a whole lot of weed. Of course, it was these observations that became the fodder for the memes.

After the game, Green spoke about Harden's injury and how he just hopes the Rockets superstar is okay.

"I made a mistake and hit him in his eye," Green said. "Just [wanted] to check on him. It's not about hurting anybody out here. So many times, people forget that when a guy [has] an injury, you live with that every day, every second of every day. It's not just about this game."
