Young Thug is clearly not happy with the American justice system.

Young Thug made sure the justice system knows he is not happy after giving them the middle finger in an Instagram post on Wednesday. In the post, Thugger is seen close to the camera giving the camera the finger with what looks like a courtroom behind him. Thugger followed the post up with the caption "Prosperity give u friends. Adversity show who they really are."

Thugger is currently in the midst of a legal battle over his drug possession arrest from September of 2017. The Atlanta rapper is trying to fight the case by accusing the cops of mistreatment during his arrest. In court document filed on December 17th, the artist alleges that the cops failed to read him his Miranda Rights. This would mean anything he said during the arrest would become invalid as evidence.

The rapper continues to say in the documents that the police had no reason to stop his car in the first place and that the arrest was "unlawful." If Young Thug were convicted on the drug possession charges, he could face up to three years in prison.

Regardless of whether he's guilty or innocent, it's clear he is not happy with the process.
