New reports claim that 21 Savage was driving recklessly before his arrest.

21 Savage is currently in ICE"s custody after he was arrested over the weekend. According to police reports obtained by TMZ, the cops said that he was driving recklessly, nearly crashing into a cop car. They said this is why he was pulled over on the same day he was taken into custody. Additionally, police believe he had a fully-loaded Glock in his possession.

21 Savage was driving in a red Dodge Challenger that allegedly drove across a sidewalk in order to get to another street. 21 Savage was pulled over by police and ATF agents who ordered the rapper to stop the car and throw the keys out of the vehicle. The rapper reportedly threw his keys out the window along with a bottle that had an unknown substance. The rapper got out the vehicle and was taken away by ATF in handcuffs.

The police report has an evidence inventory section which indicated that a fully loaded Glock was found in the car. They connected the firearm, which was discovered in the glove box of the vehicle, to 21 Savage. The evidence section also listed a styrofoam cup that had an unknown substance in it that was found in the middle console. Police didn't mention what the cup, or the bottle that was thrown out the window, was filled with.

It's unclear at what point ICE intervened in the situation. Previous reports claimed ICE arrested 21 Savage at the scene of the crime. The documents from police indicate otherwise. DeKalb K-9 Unit, Vice Unit, Narcotics Unit, ATF, Georgia State Patrol, and the DeKalb 90 Unit were listed as present at the scene but ICE isn't. However, a source at ATF did claim that ICE was there but they weren't listed in the report.

The documents also stated that the target of the operation was Young Nudy who was in an entirely separate car that was driving along with 21 Savage.
