The 2019 NBA prospect is jumping out the gym.

Zion Williamson is already a high school basketball legend, his "adult" body posing quite the disadvantage at his level of play. Next year the phenom will be part of the Duke Blue Devils frontcourt alongside the no. 1 & 2 recruits in the nation, RJ Barrett and Cameron Reddish. All three players stand a strong chance of being one-and-done NBA Draft entrants within their freshman year.

This afternoon, Zion or somebody close to him, leaked footage of him putting in work at the gym. The footage narrated by a friend commences with a voice signaling Zion's first attempt at the free throw dunk made famous by Michael Jordan at the 1987 Slam Dunk Competition (back when real star players participated). As you can see below, Zion incinerated the rim within his first attempt, taking off right at the line as intended.

Zion then attempted a self-lob tomahawk which he also completed. These dunks were part of series of showcases he has put on at his high school gym Spartanburg, South Carolina, sometimes in front of a packed house. If the name Zion Williamson sounds familiar, it might be because of the Jam Fam tagline which circulated on Instagram for high school dunkers, created by the Duke recruit himself.
