Remember last month's incident at LAX when Kanye West "allegedly" attacked a photographer? Well, it looks like Kanye West will NOT be charged with a felony, as the photographer had wished.
According to the L.A. Times, the Los Angeles district attorney's office declined to file possible assault and attempted burglary charges against West, citing a lack of significant injuries for the victim and lack of sufficient evidence to determine "specific intent". The rapper's lawyer has insisted that West was simply trying to stop the photographer from taking a picture.
However, Kanye isn't totally out of the clear. The case has been given off to the L.A. City Attorney for possible misdemeanor charges. We'll keep you posted if anything more comes of this.
