Kendrick Lamar & SZA's "All The Stars" Nominated For Golden Globe Award

Kendrick Lamar and SZA are nominated for "Best Original Song" at Golden Globe.

Kendrick Lamar and SZA maintained a busy schedule this year, but fans have been eagerly awaiting the release for the follow-ups of their respective critically acclaimed 2017 albums. The TDE artists linked up for another top 10 single on the Billboard Hot 100, "All The Stars" which was the first single off of the Kendrick Lamar-curated Black Panther soundtrack. Now, the song has earned itself a Golden Globe nomination.

Kendrick Lamar and SZA's collaboration, "All The Stars" is in the running for Best Original Song at the Golden Globes. The song is competing against Dolly Parton's "Girl In The Movies" from Dumplin', Annie Lennox's "Requiem For Private War" from A Private War, Troy Sivan & Jónsi's "Revelation" from Boy Erased and Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's "Shallow" from A Star Is Born. Hopefully, we get to see Kendrick Lamar and SZA take home the award.

Aside from Kendrick Lamar and SZA's nomination for "All The Stars," Black Panther film composer Ludwig Göransson was nominated for the film's score. The film itself was also nominated for Best Motion Picture -- Drama.

Although we haven't heard a whole lot of music from SZA this year, she's been teasing new music recently. It's unsure if it's for the CTRL deluxe edition or for her sophomore album. Hopefully, 2019 is the year we receive new music from the rest of the TDE camp that didn't drop this year.
