Jordan Brand and Vogue have teamed up for the first time ever to create a special edition women's collaboration, inspired by Anna Wintour. The AWOK (Anna Wintour Okay) footwear collection features two colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Zip and two colorways of the Air Jordan 3 SE.
The Air Jordan 1 Zip AWOK comes in University Red and Sail colorways, featuring an ultra-soft leather upper accompanied by a bold metallic zipper and new embellishments, including a Swoosh. It also comes equipped with an “Edited by Vogue” Nike Air tag and the AWOK signature on the sole and tongue.
The Air Jordan 3 SE AWOK, inspired by Wintour’s signature suits and sunglasses, features tweed as the primary upper material, and a back heel with the AWOK moniker. The kicks will release in black and red colorways. Both shoes come in a premium box with two suede dust bags and an “Edited by Vogue” keychain.
According to Nike, The Air Jordan 1s, retailing for $220, will be available on July 21 at Hirshleifers, Kith, Nordstrom x Nike and North America Jumpman Doors (306 Yonge in Toronto and 32 South State in Chicago) as well as on SNKRS app on July 23 in North America. The 3s will be available September 7.
