The New York Giants are "officially open to fielding offers" for Odell Beckham Jr. and the Los Angeles Rams have emerged as a potential landing spot, according to Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News. The Giants are reportedly seeking a first round pick "plus more" for the 25-year old Pro Bowl receiver.

"One Rams executive, when approached by the Daily News at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Monday afternoon, declined comment but flashed a wry smile and didn’t deny it. “Where did you hear that?” the exec said."
"The Daily News also has learned that the Giants’ asking price in a prospective Beckham trade is starting at a first-round pick plus. The “plus” is the negotiable part, but the meaning is that it likely won’t require two first-round picks to get it done."
Beckham Jr. is reportedly prepared to hold out if he and the Giants, or any team, are unable to agree to a new contract extension before next season. As it stands, he's set to make around $8.5 million during the 2018 season as part of his fifth-year option.
Leonard notes that trading Beckham is not the Giants' "preferred course of action," but "there absolutely is a significant possibility that Beckham could be on another NFL team this coming season because of the dynamics at play."
