"We are much stronger, the six of us, than we would be if we were individuals."

Power couple Victoria and David Beckham were joined by their four children on the cover of British Vogue‘s October issue, which advertises a dialogue about “family, fame & fashion” from the former Spice Girl and the soccer icon.

As part of the cover story, the Beckham's four children - Harper Seven, 7, Cruz David, 13, Romeo James, 16, and Brooklyn Joseph, 19 - were also featured. Of their youngest, Harper, Victoria Beckham tells Vogue, "Confident and bright, Harper could be the brains of the family. She wants to be an inventor."

Victoria also got candid about her and David's 19-year marriage and the rumors they have endured during the last two decades.

“People have been making things up about our relationship for 20 years,” Victoria says, adding that she and David, 43, have learned along the way to “[ignore] the nonsense” rumors surrounding their relationship since they wed almost two decades ago. “But these things have a wider effect on the people around us, and that’s unfair,” she admits.

“We both realize that we are stronger together than we are as individuals,” she explains. “Would either of us be in the position that we are in now had we not met and been together all those years ago?”

“It’s all about the family unit. We are much stronger, the six of us, than we would be if we were individuals. We respect that family bond and that is key.”
