Jaden Smith hit Twitter to reveal that he'll be releasing his forthcoming project, SYRELand on Instagram this weekend. It doesn't come as much of a shock. When he announced his debut album, the rapper's Instagram turned into a collage that unveiled the release date and snippets of the songs on it. Instagram is a dominant social media platform, especially among the youth and Jaden Smith's decision to share his project through the video and photo sharing app should be interesting.
Over the past month and a bit, Jaden Smith has been gearing up to release his forthcoming project. In late May, Jaden Smith released the official remix to "Icon" with Nicky Jam. Shortly after, another version of the track surfaced, this time with both Jam and Jaden's father, Will Smith. More recently, he shared his track "GHOST" which he debuted at Rolling Loud earlier in the year.
