The club owners have requested that Breezy and Drizzy fork over the cash if Parker wins the lawsuit.

After Chris Brown and Drake's brawl at club W.i.P. in New York City last June, Spurs point guard Tony Parker was one of several people who claimed they were injured in the chaos, filing a $20 million lawsuit against the establishment soon after the incident. He was hit in the eye with pieces of broken glass and was unable to play basketball for a week.

Now, seven months later, the owners of the club have filed documents asking that the financial responsibility of the lawsuit be transferred to the two artists, who they feel "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged in" the fight. Keep in mind this isn't the only lawsuit the club is facing.

As it stands, the case is pending, so nothing is really clear at this point. Drizzy and Breezy have yet to respond. Who's in the right here?
