The nanny warned Janet that her Ex was aggressive.

Janet Jackson and her ex-husband Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Mana split last year after five years of marriage. Just months before the two broke up, Jackson gave birth to their son, Eissa Al Mana. Eissa, who is now one year old, was in his father's custody this weekend when Jackson called police in fear for her child's life.

According to E!Jackson called the police to do a welfare check on her son on Saturday night while he was staying at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu with his father. A watch commander confirmed to E! that Jackson made the call at about 10 PM, and that she was not at the hotel at the time. When police arrived, Jackson was on the scene but authorities discerned that her child's safety was not in danger and he was allowed to stay with the father.

ET spoke with Janet Jackson's brother, Randy Jackson, who claimed that the nanny was the reason that his sister became worried in the first place. Randy stated that the nanny was helping Wissam Al Mana care for his son, but he became aggressive, and she was frightened. He continued on to claim that the nanny was "terrified by his behavior and locked herself in a bathroom, so she could contact Janet.”
