For years now, there has been an online rumor that Delonte West slept with LeBron James' mom during his time with the Cleveland Cavaliers. These rumors also suggest that this is why LeBron left Cleveland for the first time.
However, these are the kinds of harmful rumors that can ruin people's reputations. For over a decade, West has had to deal with negative comments from fans. This was only compounded by his mental health and addiction struggles, which were oftentimes filmed and posted on the internet for everyone to see.
Now, West appears to be doing much better. In fact, on Friday, he will be fighting Michael Beasley as part of Adin Ross' latest BrandRisk Promotions boxing card.
On Wednesday, the press conference for the event was held, and BrandRisk alum Supa Hot Fire had some questions for West. As you will hear, he asked West about the Gloria James rumor, although he did not get the answer he bargained for.

Delonte West Responds
"A gentleman never tells," West said. Given all of the rumors over the years, this probably isn't the right answer. After all, it is just going to fuel more speculation and discussion amongst fans.
During a recent stream with N3on, West was complimentary of Gloria James. He revealed that she still calls him from time to time to check up on him. West says the entire James family has been gracious towards him, and he is thankful for all that they have done.
