Rick Ross found himself in some legal hot water last week as he was arrested on two battery charges. These charges stem from an alleged domestic violence situation. The artist has been accused by a former romantic partner of slapping her and choking her after alleging that she was in a relationship with another man.
While these allegations and charges are extremely serious, Rick Ross has not been taking them as such. Immediately after being released from jail last week, Ross spoke to the media and made the claim that he would be traveling overseas this weekend. Subsequently, he went viral after telling reporters that he would enjoy a bowl of rigatoni with "heavy marinara."
This weekend, Rick Ross made good on that promise...sort of. In a new video posted to social media, Ross could be seen eating a bowl of penne with Alfredo sauce. Heavy on the cheese instead of the marinara.

Clearly, Ross is having a good time in the aftermath of becoming a viral meme. However, one has to feel as though this is all in bad taste given the nature of the allegations.
Prior to his arrest, Ross was accused of physical abuse by his former girlfriend, Jazzma Kendrick. While her name was not attached to the charges, there has been speculation that she was the individual who called the police last Tuesday.
At this time, Ross has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and his awaiting his next court date in the case. This remains a developing story.
