Drake premiered his "FOMO" short film on Tuesday, and it included a cameo from Pinkchyu, who updated the rapper's style.

A few weeks ago, Drake set the hip-hop world ablaze when he did a stream on Kick in which he hosted a 20v1 dating show. Numerous women were vying for his love, and among the three finalists were Lena The Plug and a goth content creator named Pinkchyu.

Famously, Drake barked for Pinkchyu and subsequently declared her the winner. From there, he promised to buy the woman's mother a house. Pinkchyu was delighted by this, and ended up giving the artist a big hug.

On Tuesday, Drake and Pinkchyu reunited, this time for the "FOMO" short film. As you will see below, Pinkchyu's segment was a visual for the song "Princess." In fact, the goth creator gave Drake an emo makeover. The two then went to an iconic Toronto staple, Medieval Times, for a date.

Drake Goes Goth

As you can imagine, Drake's emo look led to some harsh criticism online. He got hit with the typical age comments, all while some felt as though this was simply a childish ploy at attempting to appear hip. However, his fans were adamant that this is just another example of Drake having fun. He's willing to not take himself seriously, which has made him endearing to the average fan.

In the end, the "FOMO" livestream was a massive success. He had tens of thousands of viewers watching live, and he also previewed some new music. Some of these songs even feature artists like Don Toliver and Yeat. We even heard an extended snippet of his "Choosin Texas" remix, which is a complete R&B reworking of the song.

At this time, it is unknown whether or not an album is on the horizon. Considering all of the new music that was shared, one has to assume something is coming. For now, however, Drake is keeping that information under wraps.
