XXXTentacion put certain measures into place before his untimely death. The controversial bought several members of his family new homes in the months before his death. Sources close to the rapper informed TMZ of his transaction record, and of his objective of taking care of those around him. Real estate records seem to indicate XXX purchased four residences in South Florida totalling $1.7 million. The breakdown goes as follows:
$420,000 for a 3 bed, 2 bath 2,000 square foot home.
$467,500 for a 4 bed, 2 bath 2,300 square foot home.
$385,000 for a 4 bed, 2 bath 2,100 square foot home.
$500,000 for a 4 bed, 3 bath 2,700 square foot home.
At this point, it's unclear who the homes were purchased for in his entourage, but sources say his parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandmothers and great-grandmothers all received primary consideration. XXXTentacion's estate now has his unborn child to consider, the baby mother's identity still undisclosed.
News of the rappers' death has altered the course of his public perception. XXXTentacion was seemingly making a concerted effort to right his wrongs, starting with the people closest to him. The Broward County Sheriff's office continues their search for other suspects in the shooting, nothing looking concrete as of yet. Again, our sympathies go out to XXX's family and loved ones.
