UPDATE: A verse from Quavo was added to the track!

Yesterday, Trippie Redd told his fans that he would be releasing a few songs on Friday before announcing his album would be out in July. Although he may have had previous issues with XXXTentacion, Trippie is clearly having difficulty coping with his loss. Listening to X's music on his Instagram story, the late singer was actually murdered on Trippie's birthday, effectively putting an end to a happy celebration. While he has experienced his fair share of legal drama lately, Trippie is making sure to focus on the positive things in life. Now, more than ever, we must be grateful to simply be alive. Featuring a posthumous verse by XXXTentacion, Trippie could not wait any longer and leaked a collaboration with Ski Mask the Slump God on his SoundCloud.

Titled "Ghost Busters," the trio do work over a smooth beat. It's difficult to hear XXX's voice at times as it continues to sink in that we will never be able to witness him perform live again. Ski has been reacting to his friend's passing since Monday, taking it in and continually posting tributes. Planning to take over his charity event this weekend, Ski references XXX in his verse, noting that he will carry on his message.

This is one of the first instances hearing XXX on record since his death. How is Trippie Redd's new track sounding?

Quotable Lyrics:

Just like the Knicks, play with my b-lls
Play with my d--k, where is your wall?
Just like a gnome, I'm at your home, right on your yard
Pulling your car, my baby body
Looks like the president
You cannot rap, you are irrelevant
I'm just beginning, just like I'm genesis
She wanna fuck, 'cause I got melanin
