There has been a lot of confusion surrounding the possibility of a Cruel Winter LP from the G.O.O.D. Music camp. Confusion not only in the blogosphere, but among the G.O.O.D. Music artists themselves. Some seem certain there is no Cruel Winter LP, some say it was all rumors, and some, such as G.O.O.D. Music's new signee Travi$ Scott, seem to be under the same impression as Q-Tip-- advocating that Cruel Winter is definitely happening.
Travi$ Scott insisted the other day there is in fact a compilation album title Cruel Winter. Now the young rapper has once again added fuel to the fire, by saying his single, "I Got Bands" will be the lead single off Cruel Winter, as well as his own upcoming EP Owl Pharoah.
While talking to DJ Semtex, Travi$ revealed the information. "'I Got Bands' is the shit. I love that fucking song," Travi$ said, "You know, first single off Cruel Winter, off my tape, Owl Pharoah. Hopefully we get that feature on there and it's just like boom, we outta here. Kanye seen the vision for that shit, we just applied it, made it happen."
