On November 20, Tech N9ne will release Strangeulation, Vol. II, the sequel to the first installment of his Strange Music collaboration album, released in May 2014. A few days ago, Tech released the first track off Vol. II, "Cypher I," which actually wasn't a collaboration but a single-man "cypher" that found the Strange Music boss going back and forth between a few different flows. He's now back with another track, "Push Start," which features his labelmate Big Scoob.
"Push Start" should please fans of the Strange sound as it features adrenaline-rushing lyrical escapades from Tech N9ne and Big Scoob. The beat, full of nasty bass and rolling 808s, is more of a straightforward type of hip-hop banger than Tech's usual menacing productions, and along with a catchy hook, "Push Start" should have some crossover appeal for listeners who haven't yet dug deep into the Strange world.
Strangeulation, Vol. II features additional contributions from Big Scoob as well as Krizz Kaliko, MURS, Stevie Stone, and more.
