If it wasn't obvious to everyone already that Post Malone is a superstar, the recent release of his latest album, Beerbongs & Bentleys has made that perfectly clear. The album dropped like an atom bomb, blowing up the Billboard charts and breaking streaming records. His album maintained the number one spot on the charts until just recently, when it was overtaken by K-Pop boy band, BTS.
One might think that after dropping an 18 track album to massive success, Post might consider taking some time off. However, there's no rest for the wicked, and Post Malone has confirmed that he's already begun the process of working on his follow up to Beerbongs & Bentleys.
"i am writing for the next album. thank u to everyone who is listening. let's kick some dick. i love u. good morning," Post wrote on Twitter this morning.
Since this is the first indication that he's begun working on his next project, we'll still have a long way to go before we get to hear any new music from Post. Though if Post's promise of "dick kicking" tracks is true, it will definitely be worth the wait. In the meantime, Post is going to be busier than ever before, since a tour to support his last album is surely in the works, and he's also expressed his interest in starting his own record label as well.
