Kevin Spacey's downward spiral continues.

Kevin Spacey was once one of the more respected actors in Hollywood, known for taking on major roles in well-known movies and TV shows like The Usual SuspectsAmerican Beauty and House of Cards. However, after actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of sexual harassment when he was underage, the veteran screen star has faced backlash from nearly every corner of the show business world, which included the swift announcement by Netflix that House of Cards would be wrapping after its sixth season. Now, Spacey finds himself being cut from an upcoming Ridley Scott film that was, for all intents and purposes, completed.

Titled All The Money In The World, the movie follows Michelle Williams as the mother of John Paul Getty III, a teenager who is kidnapped by a group of criminals who want his grandfather, originally essayed by Spacey, to pay a $17 million ransom for his return. Mark Wahlberg also stars as a liaison between the mother and Getty's billionaire family member. According to TMZ, the decision has been handed down by the film's production team to recast Christopher Plummer in the role of the billionaire and jettison Spacey from the final cut completely. Massive reshoots will be needed in time to respect the December 22nd release date, which Scott is confident won't need to be moved to accommodate this last-minute decision. Check out the trailer for the movie below.

With several unsettling sexual assaults allegations being thrown around about Hollywood execs and stars, perhaps most notably Harvey Weinstein, it feels like American show business is general has been sitting under this dark cloud of media scrutiny for some time now. Thankfully, some of the victims are taking action that will hopefully lead to some lasting change. Terry Crews, who claims that an inappropriate physical come-on by William Morris Endeavor Entertainment's Adam Venit left him with lasting emotional and mental scars, has filed a police report against his aggressor. When asked why he decided to file the police report, Terry replies, "Because you know, people have to held accountable." Hopefully there continue to be more men and women like Crews who have the courage to fight back against this horrific acts.
