Dr. Phil takes a deep dive into the Jussie Smollett case.

The Jussie Smollett case has been very confusing, to say the least. The actor went public about a hate crime that occurred in the streets of Chicago at 2 in the morning, which later was revealed to have been staged by the Police Chief. At this point, it's pretty clear that some shady stuff went down between Smollett and the Osundairo brothers before the attack. During a recent appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, Dr. Phil came through with some insight on the case, using strong analogies to make his point.

Dr. Phil went on for about five minutes about how you can tell somebody is lying or if they're being truthful, using a cash robbery as an example. He finally circled back to Jussie Smollett though, reminding listeners that one of the first things the entertainer said when he went to the FOX offices was "You all know me, I wouldn't do this." Usually, that's something that a liar says, according to Dr. Phil. "There were like three or four of those kind of statements in two or three sentences," says the doctor, furthering his point.

They also commented on Jussie's claims to be the "gay Tupac," which Phil says is a little "narcissistic." Honestly, the situation is insane. In reality, hate crimes do actually happen so for people to be faking them is seriously messed up. Watch the full video below and check here for his comments on Bhad Bhabie.
