Beyonce's BeyGOOD is giving back to students.

Just days after Beyonce's jaw-dropping Coachella performance, her BeyGOOD fund has announced plans to give back to four Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU).

One student from the four universities (Xavier, Wilberforce, Tuskegee, and Bethune-Cookman) will receive $25,000 for the 2018-2019 school year. The scholarship is beneficial for multiple fields of study and each applicant must have a 3.5 GPA to qualify.

"We salute the rich legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities," Ivy McGregor, Director of Philanthropy and Corporate Relations at Parkwood Entertainment which houses BeyGOOD said in a statement. "We honor all institutions of higher learning for maintaining culture and creating environments for optimal learning which expands dreams and the seas of possibilities for students."

This marks the second year of Beyonce's scholarship program. Winners will be announced this summer.

Beyonce's Coachella performance labeled her as the first Black woman to headline in the festival's 19-year run. The 36-year-old was set to have 12 back up dancers but last minute changed the total to 100. Her show definitely made up for her missing out on her headling spot last year. Check out a clip of what we're talking about below.
