This afternoon, Beyonce took a moment to remember Kim Porter with three consecutive Instagram posts. The first post was of Kim Porter as a child. Beyonce's caption read: "Heaven couldn’t wait for you." Several of the photos have Beyonce fans confused; she and Kim shared a resemblance in their young age.

The second picture offering depicted Kim in her teenage years wearing a shoulderless blouse, next to her mother. Inevitably, Kim, Diddy, Jigga, Beyonce, and their children, were members of each other's extended family, in line with the Bad Boy CEO's edict of "Black Excellence" and "Black Love."

The final photo to appear on Beyonce's Instagram was the most recent of the three. There, Kim is flanked by her two daughters, identical twins D’Lila Star and Jessie James, who were both born in December 2006 shortly before Diddy and Kim decided to open up their relationship and seek other romantic partners.
Both D'Lila and Jessie James were recently spotted backstage with Jigga and Beyonce during the On The Run Tour II.

RIP Kim Porter, hundreds gathered in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia, this afternoon, to attend her funeral service, including Kimora Lee Simmons, Tichina Arnold, NeNe Leakes, Kandi Burruss, Lil' Kim, Mary J. Blige and Faith Evans.
