Amber Rose is breaking off another relationship with a rapper. The model/actress/recording artist, who previously dated Kanye West from 2008 to 2010, has filed from divorce from her husband of one year, Wiz Khalifa.
TMZ reports that Rose filed for divorce on Monday and will be trying to obtain "full legal and physical custody" of the couple's one-year-old son, Sebastian. Apparently, she's willing to give Wiz visitation.
Citing "irreconcilable differences," the divorce comes after what TMZ calls a "buzz" of infidelity rumors. The gossip site also adds, "Sources connected with the couple say the split is bitter."

TMZ reports that Amber Rose is pointing the finger at Wiz for their marriage falling apart. Apparently, Amber felt that Wiz has been "stepping out" since his tour kicked off in July. Amber is telling friends that she wanted to join Wiz on the tour, but he came up with a series of excuses, the most frequent of which was she should stay home with their 1-year-old child.
Wiz, meanwhile, remains defensive. According to TMZ, he believes Amber was cheating on him with Nick Cannon, who recently divorced his own wife, Mariah Carey.
[Update #2: Amber to walk away with over one million dollars in prenup]
According to TMZ (again), Amber Rose is looking to earn over a million dollars from Wiz Khalifa based on a prenuptial agreement the two signed before getting married. The agreement was eight pages long.
TMZ was told that Amber will be enforcing the agreement because she will get more money in her one-year-marriage than she would without a prenup.
Amber does have a problem, however. According to her legal documents, Amber wants spousal support in addition to her million. The prenup, specifically denies such support from being demanded, offering the one-time payout instead. Stay tuned as more information becomes available.
Custody of Wiz & Amber's child will be determined by a judge. Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody.

The breakup saga of Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose keeps getting crazier, thanks mostly to TMZ, who continue to dig up new, sordid details about the couple's splintering relationship.
Their latest article on the topic claims that Rose walked in on Wiz with another woman at 2 AM on the day before she filed for divorce (Sept. 22). TMZ says Wiz moved out into his own place several weeks before the divorce, which is where Rose would eventually discover him cheating and, in the words of TMZ, "went nuts."
