2 Chainz took to Twitter awhile back to announce that he'd begun working on a third instalment within his B.O.A.T.S. series- B.O.A.T.S. III. Following that brief announcement, Tity Boi released a few random tracks, and announced his Freebase EP.

The freEP just dropped on Monday, and since then Chainz has visited MTV News to talk about Freebase. During his interview he also revealed that his next album will no longer be called B.O.A.T.S. III

While talking to Rob Markman Tity 2 Necklace mentioned that he's been looking at buying a real life boat. This segued nicely into Markman asking about B.O.A.T.S. III. "Nah, we ain't even gunna call the next album B.O.A.T.S., it's gunna be a whole new campaign, I can't wait to come back in and unravel that," the rapper revealed.

"Somebody else said, just 'cause I said I'm working on a new album," 2 Chainz said of the assumed album title (although that's not true because his 2 Chainz exact tweet was: "Workin on B.O.A.T.S. III", but regardless).

"But this one right here is a whole new campaign, it's actually piggybacking off Freebase. Everything has a reason, just know that. The title of my third album won't be Freebase but it'll piggyback off this lifestyle, off this culture."

You can take a look at two interview parts below. In the second video, 2 Chainz talks about quitting lean.
