Philly teenagers Yung Dev and Fyre are making catchy street rap that feel equally inspired by regional peers like Meek Mill and PNB Rock. Using a generous helping of auto-tune, the rappers always keep their vocals dipped in melody, but they also spit with the fury of battle emcees. They still have ironing out to do in terms of songwriting, but the potential is clear -- and let's face it, these guys are still very young.
