St. Louis-born, Atlanta-raised rapper Yung Bans is back with another visual, this time for his single "Side By Side." The 19-year-old artist has been teasing the release of his forthcoming project MISUNDERSTOOD for months, but he has yet to reveal the exact date. The trap rapper called on his friends to aid as his hype men in the "Side By Side" video that shows the group dancing in neighborhood streets in front of luxury vehicles.

Hypebeast interviewed the young rapper last year and spoke with him about how he developed as an artist. “When I made my first song I was at a skatepark,” he said. “This dude came [up to me], he had a studio up and said, ‘You look like you rap.’ It was so weird how God work. I didn’t look like no rapper. But he said, ‘I got a studio in my house and if you come back tomorrow we can record.’ I went back home and wrote two songs. I rapped to the instrumental from The Underachievers and made my own version.”
