Travis Scott was in the building for the Houston Rockets' shoot around today, working on his jumper alongside James Harden and several other Rockets players. Scott, a Houston native, has been a fixture at the Toyota Center and was granted the opportunity to design exclusive playoff merchandise for the team during their post season run last season.

Today, he actually got to step on the court at the Toyota Center and put his basketball skills to the test with some of the players, including Harden who was sporting a new short-shorts look.

Check out the footage from today's practice below.

The Houston Rockets teamed up with Travis Scott last year to release a limited run of t-shirts prior to the team's Game 6 matchup against the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Semi-Finals. Every fan in attendance at the Toyota Center that night received a red t-shirt which featured the 2017 Rockets playoff slogan “Run As One” written in Scott’s handwriting, in addition to the Rockets logo.

Unfortunately for Scott and the rest of the Rockets fans in attendance for Game 6, the Spurs ran the Rockets out of the building, winning 114-75 and advancing to the Western Conference Finals.

Harden, Chris Paul and the rest of the Rockets' cast will open up their five-game preseason schedule tomorrow night at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma against Russell Westbrook, Paul George, Carmelo Anthony and the OKC Thunder. After that, it's back to the Toyota Center where the Rockets will play host to the Shanghai Sharks as part of the NBA China Games.

Houston will be in action on the NBA's opening night, Tuesday, October 17th, taking on the defending champion Golden State Warriors at Oracle Arena in the second game of TNT's double-header, following the much anticipated showdown between the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers.

In the meantime, enjoy some more footage of Travis Scott's shoot around.
