Nas says during a live show that he's dropping a new album this summer.

After giving us a teaser with the old school-flavored "Season," produced by the legendary J. Dilla back in October, Nas has kept pretty quiet. While the song hinted that he was working on new music/a new album, Nas hasn't spoken directly to that. Instead, he's been busy working with his Mass Appeal signees like Fashawn and Boldy James, as well as an appearance on Madonna's new album and a new De La Soul record.

Although we've yet to see the fruits of his labor, Nas is indeed working on a new album. The rapper announced it to fans during a show in Orlando this past weekend, and someone in the crowd managed to catch it on Instagram. In the fan-made video, Nas says, "Right muthafuckin’ now, death to all snitches. Watch every nigga around you my niggas ‘cuz shit is real out here. 2015, new album this summer."

Watch the video below, and we'll keep you posted.
