Monty played the Ghostface to Fetty Wap's Raekwon across Fetty's self-titled, and the two remain a remarkable team. On Monty's new release "Playoff," Fetty plays the supporting role, and the dynamic is just as effective. Monty is still opting for simpler melodies than his Remy Boy collaborator, but he's become increasingly confident as a frontman. Here, he sounds comfortable as ever as he hovers around a largely one-note melody that finds strength in its rhythm and repetition. Meanwhile, Fetty gets inventive with his own songwriting as he taps into an ascending melody that shies away from the falling trills he's become known for.

Monty is expected to release his Monty Zoo 2 mixtape in the near future. Listen to "Been Through," a recent single expected to make the cut.

Quotable Lyrics:
I be ballin hard, like the play?
23 for the kicks, MJ
Got a badass bitch, pretty face
Big ol' booty, with the itty bitty waist
