Mick Jenkins and Kaytranada have both had pretty great years, and did unite on Mick's official debut album The Healing Component, but they're ending things off with another unreleased collab. "Aurora Borealis" appears on the new Countdown2Midnight compilation, and finds the two unique minds showing their chemistry once again, as Kaytra's lush grooves bring out the bluesy and melodic vocal elements out of Mick. No word on this is a brand new track or something that was set aside from either one of the artists' debut projects from this year, but we're just glad to have it at the end of the day.
