Martellus Bennett Rants About NFL's Educational Video On Appropriate Celebrations

At the annual NFL Owners meeting in Phoenix next week, the committee will propose several potential changes including whether or not the league should lighten up on the penalties for excessive celebrations.

It remains to be seen if the NFL will make these changes, but they're already developing an educational training video for players to show them clear examples of appropriate and inappropriate celebrations.

New Green Bay Packers tight end Martellus Bennett had a few thoughts about this "educational" video telling players how they can and can not celebrate, which he voiced last night on twitter in a series of tweets.
