MGK & Thugger

Young Thug and Machine Gun Kelly have found common ground.

Not long ago, Young Thug paid respects to Machine Gun Kelly during a recent DJ set, dubbing the Binge rapper "THE ONE GUY THAT MURDERED 'M." While some Em Stans immediately reached for the pitchforks, consider that Thug did technically imply that Em has murdered 99 percent of his foes. Yet the anti-Em narrative was swiftly forged, perhaps bolstered by Gucci Mane's own seeming dislike of Slim Shady, and Thugger's own respect for big Guwop. In any case, Machine Gun Kelly was likely honored by Thug's praise, and the vote of confidence for the once mighty view-magnet "Rap Devil."

In the wake of the IG story, MGK took to Instagram to post a picture of the budding bromance, lining the caption with emojis and thanking Thug for the shirt hookup. Thugger returned the love in the comment section, offering up an emphatic "Slatt" complete with heart emojis. While the partnership may seem strange in theory, it might be interesting to hear a Thugger and MGK collaboration. Perhaps such a conclusion is inevitable given that they've recently found a common ground of sorts.

Would this be a collaboration you'd check out willingly? Sound off below.
